JellyAgent hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date.
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, consumables, and normal wear and tear.
Contact herry@jellyagent.com with order ID, issue description, and photos/video. If approved, we will repair or replace at our discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.
