Our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from our JellyAgent online store. To initiate a return, you must start the process within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. Return and refund requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
Once JellyAgent accepts your return and refund request, you need to ship the item back to us within 30 days. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, your return request will be cancelled and you will not be able to submit another return or refund request for that item.
At JellyAgent, we strive to provide our valued customers with the simplest refund process possible.
If you request a return and refund within 14 days of order delivery, we will provide you with a free return label. Please ensure you ship within 14 days of receiving the return label.
If the 14-day window for the free return label has expired, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. You are welcome to choose any convenient shipping method.
All products purchased directly from jellyagent.com are eligible for a 30-day free return period, calculated from the date you receive your smart glasses. Shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes (such as state tax, customs duties, or VAT) that have been paid are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order and the package has already shipped, you need to receive the package and ship it back to JellyAgent.
Once the product is received at the JellyAgent warehouse in original packaging and condition, a refund will be processed.
After receiving the return label, please ensure you ship the item you wish to return within 14 days. However, in other cases, we strongly recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method. Please note that JellyAgent assumes no responsibility for any items lost during shipment to our facilities.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price you paid for the returned product (excluding any fees charged to you for the initial shipping and handling of the product) within 60 days after JellyAgent receives and inspects the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
JellyAgent reserves the right to accept product returns, with terms at its sole discretion.
